Receiving a payment

I'm sure this has been asked a million times but I've been waiting like 7 days and haven't received my payment is this normal? Do weekends and holidays not count?

What does it say next to the transaction in THE SENDERS Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.

I don't see anything in activity. They said they sent it but nothing pending. Also I'm on mobile I'm not sure if the desktop page is more detailed.

So you aren't going to actually ask the sender the question i asked you then?

Not possible sender will not answer me on the website. They did the same thing last time but paid me quicker. This time they are ignoring me and not paying me. Very suspicious and very poor business acumen, but there is nothing I can do.
