Receiving Paypal Funds

Im having problems receiving fund to my paypal account. Is it because of my country Trinidad and Tobago?

I don't think so as your account can send, receive and withdraw funds.   What we don't know is are you getting any errors, is your account verified or who is trying to send you money ?    As this is a public community, unfortunately no one here can look at user account info.   You may want to contact customer service direct for assistance as they have the capability to look at your account setup.
