I cannot seem to receive funds to my PayPal account and am unsure why. I get no notification of payment initiated in PayPal and so cannot proceed. This means currently I cannot sell stuff using PayPal on eBay. Could anyone please explain what I need to do in order to receive money. I am able to purchase things on eBay and elsewhere but am confused as to why having money enter my account is so much harder. Thanks in advance for your advice. Rayner
