I was wondering, if my personal Paypal account isn't linked to a bank account or credit card yet, will I lose the money which is sent to me or will Paypal keep it? Will the money be able to be sent to me to begin with? I am in Zambia by the way.
As far as I can see unless this link hasn't been updated then the option to 'receive' paypal payments is not available in your country. You can only 'send' payments for purchases.
Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
