I have someone who is trying to send me money via AMEX - it's an international transcation - and according to AMEX it's been approved and according to PayPal the amount's been "preauthorized" and the merchant (me) now needs to claim/accept the transaction but I'm not seeing a pending transaction anywhere in my account.
