Receiver not receiving the money that I sent

I recently bought an item off of a store's official website through Paypal. I received an email from Paypal saying that they have deducted the money from my account. However, a few minutes later, the website that I ordered from sent me an email saying they have canceled my order because they have not received the notification that I paid. So if they did not receive my money, and Paypal already sent my money, where is my money now? I also already contacted the company but they said they could not find any order number under my membership number due to the payment failure. 

Could someone help me?
