Receiver hasn’t received my money

On November 22nd 2020 I sent $45 to someone, my balance had been cut off and I have received the “you sent $45 money to x” page and I’ve also received a payment receipt on the email but the payment didn’t show up in the “recent activities” tab and the person I sent the Monet to hasn’t received my money (she sent proof by screen recording her PayPal account and there’s no money from me and it wasn’t my first time having a transaction with her and the previous transaction we had no problem). Is there anyone that has ever experienced the same problem? Thank you!
