Receiver doesn’t receive the money

Hi everyone, I have a case which is new to me and I need some advice for it. So I sent an amount of money to my friend back in Vietnam, so the money should be Friends and Family. But then there were some problems occurred and I reported the transaction, but PayPal don’t refund or solve the transaction, but it’s okay for me because that’s mean the money has been transferred to my friend and they should have it in their PayPal account, is it right? Or the money has been hold for any other investigation? Thank you, TC

I'm sorry to hear you ran into some troubles with your transaction. If the case was closed and the transaction wasn't refunded, then the payment should have been released to the recipient. If you have any questions on your case, I would recommend contacting Customer Support. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
