Received payment

I’ve received a payment however my balance is showing as zero. Where is my money being held? It doesn’t say pending.

Then its either............

 

1. You haven't verified your email address.

 

2. The payment was sent to an incorrect email address ie spelling error or one not connected to your paypal account.

 

3. You have not been paid ie a scam.
