Received payment doesn't show up in balance or recent activity. Email is correct + confirmed, help?

I've received a payment 1 day ago: 
- I accept the payment today, everything worked and the window briefly shows 'payment successfully received'
- I go into my profile page and don't see anything in my balance or recent activity 
- The email address is correct 
- My email is confirmed 
- Paypal customer service won't allow me to talk to humans + bots aren't helpful 

HELP???

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
