Received payment but not showing on balance

I received a payment which i showing in the summary as it should but my balance is zero. Not sure what the issue is. Please help

I'm having the exact same issue. Can we get some help here please? Been using paypal for 4 years never had this issue before. What is going on?

It appears to be a massive problem in their servers at the moment. No sign of how long it will take to resolve, they just say their IT team is working on it.

I just finally received the money I was waiting on. Their server status still shows a disruption in accounts, so I may habe just gotten lucky. Give it another check though, perhaps it is fully resolved.

I received money a few hours ago but it is still not showing under my Paypal balance. Note that this is not the first time I received money from that person. It is actually a weekly transaction from him. Help pls..
