Received payment but not showing on balance

I received a payment which i showing in the summary as it should but my balance is zero. Not sure what the issue is. Please help

It depends what country you're at but here in the Philippines, there's no toll free number to call PayPal

Problem is that since it's a weekend, money transferred to the local bank will be received on Monday afternoon. 😂😂😂 This is all a joke.

PayPal is a joke now. I just received a payment but it doesn’t show in my balance. Venmo from now on. PayPal is shady!
