Received payment but not showing on balance

I received a payment which i showing in the summary as it should but my balance is zero. Not sure what the issue is. Please help

A cleared payment from another PayPal account is still not showing in my balance after 4 hours. The payment is listed in activity. 
Where where is it?

Just called them. There's a security update going on. But it should be resolved today. If you need the money asap, they might can push it through manually so I'd just call.

Hi there,

I have a trasanction wich has an email nofitication, but I cannot show my the amount on my PayPal account.

Money has been deducted from the sender bank account and I have a notification on my profile, but I dont see it in my balance.

What happened? Could somebody help me?
