Received mail to claim money

Hi, I've requested a payout from a survey company and received a mail from Paypal to claim the money, but when I go to my Paypal account I can't find any option to select to claim the money.

Where must I go to to do this?

Do you see the funds in your available balance? In your PayPal account activity, do you see the new payment transaction that say "Payment Received"? Then you may not have to "claim" it after all and is there in your account already.

When I get a payment, the email says "claim money" etc but the money is there, no need to click a "claim" button, nor is one there to click on.

Thank you so much! I have 2 work mail addresses and realized that I registered with the one on the survey site and the other one on Paypal. 

When I added the e-mail address and verified it the funds immediately showed.
