Received email of payment but did not received into my wallet

I got a email from PayPal that i recived some money from a online stock photography company , but somehow my KYC was not done till that date i just completed my KYC and all necessary things but still did not received that moneyScreenshot (65).png in my paypal wallet. should i wait for more times or contact to PayPal?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community forum!

 

From the screenshot you shared, it seems like you have to manually claim the amount in order to receive it. In order to claim the money, please make sure that your email address is confirmed. Here are some reasons why you need to manually accept or deny a payment on PayPal. 

 

To claim a payment, click the button in the email that you received. Here is more information.
