I received an "accept payment" link/message on my phone, which took me to a page where I accepted the payment, but nothing showed up on my PayPal account. Help?
I ordered an extendable tubular ladder the only option that I picked was the length. I received a confirmation email and the charge shows as PayPal on my card. I received a small caster wheel (1) in mail for the price of the ladder. The seller said that I picked that On an option menu and refuse to refund or correct the order. I went to my PayPal account and this transaction is not listed. Is this a scam?
