Received a refund for item paid with Ebay Gift Card but no money yet

Paypal and Ebay say this refund was processed several days ago but when I check the balance of the used gift cards, it says No Card Found.

How long should it take to reload the card with the refund?

'If' its reloadable then refunds to cards can take from a week to 30 days.
