I've been getting a spate of payments from various people worldwide for ebay sales. They won the bid, and now they're paying me. Problem is, I'm not the seller.
I contacted the seller, but from his ALL CAPS response, I doubt I'll get anywhere. I'll have to take the time to refund all the money and alert them that they need to watch the seller carefully.
I don't want to get charged for doing this or fall prey to some sort of fraud. I'm not finding any documentation on this particular issue in the Googlesphere or her on paypal (or I'm not using the proper search terms.
