Received Payment, but Not Showing in Balance

I had someone send me a payment earlier as F/F and it says that it is completed on both of our ends, but the funds aren't showing up in my balance. I tried reaching out to PP, but they are swamped. Is this normal? Help?!

I received a payment this morning but it is not in available balance. Normally it would be available to transfer right away. It shows in pending transactions. No changes to my account since last payment received. Unable to get any person at PayPal.

same here normally takes seconds to transfer over and that phone call is a joke ...

Me too and I have never had this problem before. I have tried calling, messaging and I went on their FB page, but no help. 

I am hoping it is just something weird going on.
