Hey so i have a payment that's pending. First it said to update my tracking information & that the payment will be off hold 24hrs after updating that. I was also told by customer service that i can contact the buyer to go ahead & confirm the receipt from their paypal account & the funds could also be released this way. Another thing i had to do in my account is actually verify it since i'm new on Business Paypal.. so i was updating the information & under Officer Information, i have a family member added, as well as myself. & it has only asked for Photo confirmation of Address for my member i Added on but not for myself. All this, i'm not sure of. if someone can help out & let me know! this has to do with my account as well as Payments
