Received Amount Isn't Showing in Wallet

I did't have a paypal account.

So a person sent me a payment of $210 using my email address.

In the email I got a notification saying the amount has been received.

Then I followed the on-screen instructions and created a PayPal account, added my bank details.

But when I log in, the amount isn't showing under the transactions tab. Also, my wallet balance is showing as 0.

what to do?

Yes, I have completed step two and added bank account details.

But still, my wallet balance is showing 0 and the transactions history is empty.

My bad!

Basically, the amount has been refunded back for some reason.

I just came to know.
