Received 2 invoices from a company in Floriday today?

Hi, based in the UK but got 2 invoices from a company in Florida today for 275$. He then cancelled the latter one and apologised for sending me a duplicate. No idea who it is from but other than ignoring it I don't seem to have an option to cancel or refuse the invoice. I assume the money can't be paid without my authorisation but worrying to have a bill on my account all the same. 

 

On my smartphone the original invoice is still there and showing -$275 as a transaction. On the website it is only showing the duplicate invoice which says "cancelled" and under recent activity shows -$275 but with a line through it. Can't see an option to query it with PayPal or communicate with them, or cancelling the invoice and communicating with the sender of the invoice. Seems more like a genuine mistake but could it be a scam? Just don't want it attached to my account.
