I sent my PayPal email account to a customer and he said that he paid the money to my account but I never saw the money. I asked him to check his PayPal account which he did, and he told me that his account shows that I did not accept the money. I have not received any notification to accept the money so how do I accept the money?

Hi @Iremidey,
I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive a payment. Please ask the buyer to double-check the spelling of the email address that they sent the payment to. An unclaimed payment would be returned to the sender if not claimed in 30 days, and one reason a payment would not be claimed would be if the email address was misspelled.
