Someone trying to send me money but he can’t. The account is new and I attached it to my debit card. What could be the problem?

I'm sorry to hear they are having difficulty sending you money. Please make sure you don't have any outstanding limitations on your account by checking on your Resolution Center. Also check if you have confirmed your email address (you can't receive payments if your email address isn't confirmed). You can also advise the person who is trying to send you the money to check their Resolution Center.
