Receive email for receiving payment

Hi all,

I receive an email from paypal as following

"Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transcaction. To provide that, just log in to your account overview. Select More menu and choose the link that takes you to our resolution center

So I open my paypal account and go through the resolution centre, but there is no case i can settle.

Please help
