Receive a payment before setting the account

Hello, i have received a payment before I had created the account, now I registered the email but the payment is not there, the sender said money was taken from their account and is blocked by PayPal, how can I get that? Thank you

Have you confirmed your email address?

If so the funds should show.

If not then ask the sender what it says on their paypal account....

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.
