It said I sent someone money but I i did not and I don’t know how to get it back I was looking it up and it says something about history but I don’t know where that is is it in the top left or right because all what I have are three lines and a bell someone please help

Are you sure the email was not a spoof?

If not then log in normally AND NOT via any links in that email and any transactions would immediately show on that summary page below paypal balance under 'recent activity', if there are no transactions there then it may have been a spoof email.
