I have the same problem, we used to be able to simply resubscribe via the seller but this now gives a Paypal error, and there is no way that I can find to reactivate inactive payments.. Also the paypal help to activate is outdated outlined here https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-reinstate-canceled-virtual-terminal-service-ts2... we have no such options.
