I started a refund through pp and I can't get to my messages on resolution page.seller is demanding I go through his website but I can't find my messages I click onto all proper ways but nothing happens and pp sent me a email said if I don't respond they will go in favour of the seller

then scroll down to the bottom. 

You'll find 'Resolution Center' under 'more ways to help'. Do not go to his website, could be a potential scam.
