Hello @BionicWargasm,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! That's a great question. Normally, you should be able to re-initiate a billing agreement or recurring payment with a merchant right through their normal checkout process. If you run into some issues with their checkout process or signing back up for their services, we normally recommend reaching out to their Customer Support to make sure there are no billing issues on their end.
