Is there a fee for accepting a Rakuten rebate in Paypal?

Thank you for your post! If the payment is sent to you as a personal payment, there will not be a fee associated. If it's sent as a Goods and Services payment, there is a fee to receive the payment. If the money is sent as a refund on a previously sent payment, there would not be a fee associated.
