I have been buying some E-goods from a merchant from Russia. The taxes i have to pay when i pay via paypal are constantly growing, nowadays they are like 35% from the amount, which to me are huge. Is this for real or did he set up an additional charge when payed via paypal? Sadly i cannot (or do not know how) to pay otherwise in Russia. When i click the "buy now" it states a sum (585 ruble), when my paypal opens it is 770. Thanks for any replies!
