REWFUND my money!! EBay sent it to me back!!

PayPal!!! Please, find this ID 5124891X0499980y and refund my money to my PayPal ($32.22). Ebay sent it back to my account !!!! (NOT to the buyer who kept my item and got my money!!)  Is somebody smart on PayPal???
