Hello, I issued a refund to my client but they say that they didn't receive any funds whereas on my end transactions read completed. What could be the issue. Could that statement be true or false?

If they funded the original Paypal payment to you with a card then it won't go back to their paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to their card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
