REFUND PROBLEM

I ordered something on Ebay but i didn't recive item soo i requested refund on Ebay and won it, it says now on paypal that is COMPLETED but i didn't recive any money on paypal balance or my credit card

If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent.

yes but i don't understand why does it say completed.

Completed means they have completed the refund request and sent it to your card issuer.

It doesn't mean its actually back in your card account yet.
