Hey everyone, I was a new guy to PayPal back then(1 month before) I actually thought that if I sent money from my CREDIT CARD to my PayPal account my PayPal balance would increase, with that intent I sent myself(my gmail) with 1250 rupees later when I I got to know my problem (MY MISTAKE) I asked for a refund , after that I was shown the notification that I was REFUNDED but I WAS NOT REFUNDED WITH THE MONEY , so can you help me out with this issue PLEASE.
