Hi there, i wondering of anyone might be able to help.
I made an eBay purchase on the 13th of January that was for £1300.00 (from my paypal account that is linked to my credit card). However, afterwards the seller then contacted me to say he could offer a better version of what i was buying but for £1500.00. I accepted the offer so the seller refunded the £1300.00 and i then paid the £1500.00.
The £1300 refund was sent by echeck, but has since been pending and has not cleared. I have received the item, which i am happy with, but i am now worried about the time frames of the refund. Is this amount of time normal for a refund to take? and could this echeck bounce still leaving me £1300.00 out of pocket? I am starting to get worried about it now, i didn't know if anyone knew the best action to take?
