Quicky Security Check

Hello, I'm trying to send a payment but I'm being told that I need to get past a quick security check. They are only giving me the option to receive a text, but that's not working. They say "sorry we couldn't confirm it's you" when I try to do it. I've had this account before and I've verified my email, ID, etc. They gave me a quick security check previously that I was able to finally get past because they suddenly gave me the option via email and that was successful. Anyone know what to do? Thank you.
