How can I access a payment I made on 27 December 2019, please?

I take it you mean December 2018. 

Go to Activity page, select a start date range, after it processes, click the end date. After that processes, scroll down to the date of transaction. Click Load More button if necessary.

Or export a report:

Activity > Statements > Custom > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, customize report fields, and report format.
