So to sum this right up in order of events:
Paid a set sum to someone for a product when I misjudged what I had in my account. I actually had next to nothing in my bank. Used the wrong one.
PayPal took money and it showed the transaction was complete.
After fiddling around I filled my bank with the right funds.
The recipient has gained the money as he claims but I see no negative value in my PayPal. I also, after a period of time see nothing taken out of my bank.
So. What I wanted to know is, do I just wait for the money to be taken out? Or is there a problem because I sent it when I had nothing to begin with?
I would have expected bank money to be used after I topped it up. Though there are no signs at all of it.
