I've recently send a money request to someone and it's been 3 days and I haven't received any money and still says pending.Is it possible that he didn't deposit the money? Or it takes a few days to complete the transaction Thanks in advance

If its pending then he hasn't paid has he so do NOT send any item until its paid.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
