I currently have a balance in my paypal cash plus account. I would like to know if I can set up paypal to use my cash first and then my bank or CC on the same transaction. It seems that if there isn't enough in the cash account it goes to the bank account without using the cash.
If there is a way i would like to set it up to use cash & bank account for a single purchase.
