Dear All,
I have bought a product from a Merchant by available Paypal Ratenzahlung (Installment Payment). The installment was required to pay for 12 months.
Further Merchant was not able to send the product, so the order was cancelled and the full payment is refunded back to Paypal.
But its been more than 24 hours, I still see the Installment Payment as ACTIVE in my paypal account summary.
Can someone confirm me, how many days it takes to be CLOSED as the whole payment is refunded by Merchant.
