I'm sorry to hear that your transaction was declined. A decline may happen because the card issuer does not allow the payment, or it can also be a decision made by PayPal's security system. If the payment does not work after waiting at least a full day and trying again, please feel free to reach out to customer service to allow a representative to look at the information associated with the payment attempt and assist further.
