Hi I was bidding on an item on eBay but it did not reach the reserve. The seller withdrew the item at the end of the auction. When I asked him about it he said I won it and he accepted my bid. He then said I need to pay through a special Paypal process due to the amount of over £10K I subsequently received an email saying I am purchasing this item and I must click on the PayPal Live chat to proceed further, which I did. I was then given a bank account in which to pay the money into, £2.5K today and £8K tomorrow, the beneficiary was County Financial Limited. Is this the normal process for buying items over a certain price bracket?
