I'm sorry to hear that the payment method you'd like to use is not presented for this particular transaction. PayPal's security system will evaluate each payment as it's being set up, and if there are elements of risk detected that cause concern, it may rule out certain payment methods for the transaction. It is possible that's what happened here. If the issue persists when you try the payment on another date, please reach out to customer service for further troubleshooting.
