I recently recieved 200$ through paypal, and im trying to buy a google gift card, but every time i try to buy one, my order gets canceled.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to complete your payment. Is your google account and your PayPal account registered in the same country? If not then this may be why. I would also check that the information you have registered on both accounts are correct as if the information is not matching then it can return a payment.
