Purchase question

If i make a purchase an i do not have all the funds in my linked bank account will it use whats in my account and pay the rest with my linked credit card or will the whole purchase go on my credit card

Probably too late to answer this, but to be on the safe side (to avoid payment delays or potential fines/additional fees from your bank), I'd make the whole purchase on the credit card alone.

I was able to use the money in my paypal account than use the linked credit card as a back up to pay the remaining balance
