I have a positive PP balance that is more than enough to cover a purchase, I make the purchase and pay via PP......instead of using my balance, PP deducts from my attached bank account to pay the debt.
Why did they not use my balance?
I did not see an option asking to use balance or attached bank account.
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
