Purchase declined by ‘wish’

Why is ‘wish’ declining all of my paypal information? Everything is correct and my account is now active and newly updated with two accounts to debit me incase one does not go through. Anyone having an issue? My bank told me funds are good and cards are active but the merchant, in this case ‘wish’, is declining my transactions. The first few transactions worked fine. Then my fifth or sixth transaction, it kept declining every time. Any one know what I can do?
